On Friday, December 11th, Major Jim McIntyre of the Brentwood Police Department graduated from the FBI National Academy Class #262. Class members, 230 in total, are from law enforcement agencies in 47 states, 27 international countries, four military organizations and two federal organizations.
Internationally known for its academic excellence, the National Academy program, held at the FBI Academy, offers eleven weeks of advanced communication, leadership, and fitness training for selected officers having proven records as professionals within their agencies.
FBI Director James Comey was the principal speaker at the ceremony.
Maj. McIntyre is the seventh Brentwood officer to attend the National Academy. Congratulations Jim!
